I can't believe Micaiah's almost 2 months old already! Here are a few snapshots from this past week...

Drum roll please...

When Micaiah was born we were showed how to care for his umbilical cord and were told that it should fall off in the next 7-10 days. Six weeks and three days later... it finally came off!! Woo hoo! We were beginning to think he might still have it when he graduated from high school! Here is a picture of the happy boy and his adorable little belly button.

Baptism

On December 30th we celebrated God's action in His making of His covenant with Micaiah through the washing of regeneration in Holy Baptism, and rejoiced as he was welcomed into the family of God. We are so very thankful for God's grace, mercy, and faithfulness.

We didn't get any pictures during the actual baptism, but here is a shot of Micaiah snuggling with Pastor Denny afterward, and another of Micaiah all dressed up for the very important day.
